I just installed the Pioneer cd changer and get the "ERR" after loading the cartridge. I'm loading the discs correctly, label side down and have tried everything from 1-6 cd's at a time. The cartridge goes in and comes out with no trouble. Any ideas what the problem is? |

Mr. Jay, Did you remove the shipping plugs from the bottom end of the changer? And / Or did you inspect the inside of the changer for shipping related items that need to be removed? This is a common mistake. Paul '00 Pig |

Paul - I didn't, but my changer isn't new, it was shipped to me by my brother who removed it himself. I'm afraid that maybe it got damaged during shipment. But just in case maybe I'll check inside for anything. Thanks for your advice. Jay |
