The front sun roof on my '94 has failed. The motor spins and clicks but it isn't "grabbing" the glass. I can't see anything broken or obvious that's causing it. The glass doesn't move at all, no up, no down, no forward, no back. I can push the sun roof up a few inches and it has a lot of wiggle. I'm not so concerned about fixing it as much as I'm hoping to get it to close and lock down (rain is in the forecast for the next week). Any help would be appreciated. |

I'm having the same problem with both of the sunroofs on my '94. Did you ever solve your problem? If so, any tips would be appreciated. I tried using a little WD40 on the track but it seemed to make the problem worse. To access the sunroof motor (the front one) can you remove the overhead "console" or do you have to remove the entire headliner? Scott H. |
