All lights "pulsing" on 96 Disco

Author Message   Jeremy Hamilton Posted on Monday, October 07, 2002 - 12:44 pm:    I've got a 96 disco and when I turn on my headlights they pulse as if flashing brights, only it's not the brights flashing on. All of the interior lights and parking lights also pulse as well. I've put over 4,000 miles on it this way so I think that rules out a bad alternator. The battery is also brand new. All of the connections seem to be tight and clean as well. Does anyone have any ideas or seen this before?
