I've been researching some options for replacing the ignition coil in my 1993 SWB and I see a range of choices from Lucas and a couple Bosch models. They vary in price from $40 for the Lucas (Atlantic British) to $65 and $85 for the Bosch options. I'm less concerned about price and more concerned about choosing a coil that will deliver consistent performance and longevity. What model has worked well for you and am I missing a better choice?

I've run almost every distributor/coil combo available in my 95 and the 70s Buick hei has been the most reliable

Any 12V coil will work.
12V is a not a joke - many vehicles used a six-volt coil in series with a resistor (that would be shorted at the engine start), including all with Motorcrcaft Duraspark ignition module.
