Everything. It's not compared to a Range Rover. It's compared to this new one that Jimmy described as the one for people who order the second cheapest bottle of wine on the menu.

We checked one out. It's respectable as a passionate exercise in design. Whether you like the design is another matter. If only they could pour as much focus into the utility aspect of other models..

Ya. None of this expensive shit impresses me all that much. So what is it that makes one more worthy of stupid money than the other? They both have the same or similar systems. I don't get it. He's saying Range Rover in general, Jimmy and I were talking about the new Velar.

Let me help you then. The Velar is a Range Rover. So when you say THE Range Rover. You mean the Full Size L322 or maybe the newest L405? The Evoque is also a Range Rover as well as the Range Rover Sport. So 4 different Range Rovers to choose from. That's why I'm confused.

I guess so. I have to be more specific about what Range Rover Im looking for.

I'm not saying it isn't a very nice car. I've never driven one. But it's not hand built anymore is it? That would make it worth more I suppose. Holding value would be good. But once you start into the kind of technology these two brands are running shit gets expensive to build. It was an honest question that only you tried to answer.

But then you just deleted your post so I'm just talking to myself now.

That's funny because I never mentioned the Range Rover(full sized flagshit). You did. Feel free to reread the previous posts so you can be less confused. If you think that post is condescending I don't know what to say to you. I can't be held accountable for your own personal inadequacies.

I like the Velar. But I don't 90k like it. You could have a pretty impressive Sport for that money and, while previously not a fan of the Sport, I like the new design.

I did reread it. It's still confusing to someone who has to deal with Range Rovers daily.

I said that I don't get how one of those costs Carrera territory after Jimmy said they had one that was $90k. It was an implied relationship to that comment(because it came after it). There was also no mention of any price on any vehicle except for $60k for, wait for it, a Velar without ball coolers. I should have specified because you couldn't tell what I was talking about due to my "I don't get this brand comment." You then assumed I was talking about a Range Rover or that I have no idea what vehicles are in the brand's line up. Even after my directing you to the exchange between you and Jimmy, you were confused. Even after saying I was talking about a Velar costing $90k, you were confused. You either:

A. Are trolling
B. Cannot read well.
C. Get confused by the term Range Rover because you work on them and refer to them by production models and assume everybody else has no idea about the differences with these vehicles.
D. Still have pent up rage towards Trump that you are projecting on this dweb thread.

I don't know and don't really care.

The First Edition Range Rover Velars are crazy money. I think most are probably more in the 60-70k range if I had to guess. I haven't actually looked on the website.

Haha.

Wow. Sorry Stew. I'd say alcohol was to blame but I wasn't drunk. Probably the best misinterpretation of a compliment. I forgot even used my personal inadequacies line. I'm a dick. :banghead:
