The white wine and caviar set on rangerovers.net claims there are only 7 "know" TWR Classic's in the US. There is no way this is possible. I have parted one, I know Dough had one and there was that one the 98hoo or whatever his name was tried to sell on here. Does anyone have actual ideas on what production numbers were?

Actually I don't really know. I've always heard less than 10. But no idea really. Could you call LRNA and ask? Certainly they have an archives department somewhere.

Then they must have sold a lot of the kits. I have seen 15 over the years listed as TWR Rovers the the wheels and bumper kit.

The sport edition in 1993 also had TWR alloys.

I parted a black, '93, LWB with a TWR body kit (minus the rear, upper spoiler) about two years ago. It had a custom center console the included rear a/c and heat with rear seat controls, a retractable tray in Mediterranean poplar and storage for your Baccarat Crystal. The shift knobs for both the transmission and transfer case were solid poplar and there were a few other things that I'd never seen on that truck as well. I doubt if it was an "official" version but it was definitely unique.

I still have the body kit if anyone is interested.

As did all the '94 & '95 SWB Classics along with Anniversary and Aspen Edition LWB's in '95.

There were no LWB TWR trucks.

A few got the optional big $ dealer kit but only he front and rear bumpers as the sides were SWB specific.

Yes I had one, miss that truck daily however the sale helped fund my living in New Zealand for a winter so no regrets. Ha

Personally I'd love to have a silver over sable 95 anniversary edition... It's on my short list of must haves.

Just finding one that is truly rust free - yeah right.
