Thanks for the suggestion, but measuring the drop I still wouldn't have enough to get to the bolt. I ended up drilling a 1/2" hole through the inner door skins to get a socket on the bolt. For others... be super careful when you do this. :) The stud on the regulator arm had passed through one...
