Curios if there are any options out there for improving the steering box ratio for the D2? It’s my main gripe with driving the rig. Takes a lot of wheel spinning to navigate tight turns despite the short wheel base

Seeing similar threads on this but no answers… seeking to understand if you can retrofit armrests onto D2 front seats that do not have them. In other words, are the seat frames the same and it is simply a matter of getting all the right mounting hardware?

I just replaced my heater core in my 03 D2 bit was only able to get one of my two heater pipes to snap back into the core. The upper pipe is 1/8” too short and all of attempts to tug/pull/bend seem to do nothing. It seems that the pipe bent and won’t go back. Question: what is entailed in...

UPDATE: Resolved! Turns out the new threads were just tight, but correct. Was gentle and got the new sensor to seat.

Need some guidance… doing a new Nissens radiator and replacing the SAI temp sensor at the bottom of the radiator at the same time… Noticed that the new sensor (and old sensor - tried them both) do not screw into the drain port like they do on the old one… it appears that the Nissens drain...

Looking at LED headlights for the D2. HeadlightExperts.com offers warning cancelers as a $10 add on option… do I need these for a 2003 D2?

Taking it a step beyond just switching out dash bulbs. Cracking open each individual switch to replace the stock green led with bright white. Two down, many to go…

New D2 owner here. Noticed this void today when inspecting the roof line - right where the A Pillar, windshield gasket and rain gutter come together. Is this an intentional drain spot? Any adverse reactions if I silicone it shut?

thanks! That was it alright. Talk about inconspicuous. Headliner out and I was pleasantly surprised to find both sunroofs are leak free as are the roof bars
