Yes, the condenser fans kick on fine. I'm thinking that besides the small leak, that the radiator is probably corroded inside but a cursory look in the filler hole, all looks clean.
The main issue I'm having is when idling, the truck will get very hot. Luckily, I've been keeping an eye on the temp gauge and shut it down before it gets to the red zone on the temp gauge.
