For the past few months the abs, traction control and vehicle descent come on. Usually while driving, sometimes upon ignition. They usually go away after restart. Disco seems to be driving normally while the lights are on. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Need new front pads and rotors. Is Powerstop OE replacement good enough? One tire bald, ok to replace the one or do I need to replace a pair (General Grabbers)? Inspection time coming and was hoping to do the work myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers
