I have 5 stock wheels (16x8) with mismatched tires (balanced) - just switched to steelies. Wheels have 70K on them and are in great condition. Most tires have 10% tread, besides the spare which is around 40% (shown in photos). Includes original lug nuts (23x). $150 picked up in Los Angeles...
