P0453 Error Code

So, my Ultragauge decided to throw an error code the other day. The code is:
P0453, which translates to: Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor High Input

The Rover computer doesn't pick it up (as in, there isn't a check engine light) but it's being reported by the Ultragauge.

Anyone have any experience with this code? Any quick checks or things I should look at? Truck seems to be running fine...nothing noticeable.
