Just as a follow up the issue has been resolved. After 2 sets of aftermarket rear hubs and switching switching rear sensors back and forth to stock I have fixed issue with a set of known good factory rear hubs. I can not say for for sure what about the aftermarket hub (internally) is the issue...

Cam is out and stock cam is back in. After talking to Mark @ D&D I'm looking to have him Build me a Block with top hat liners as the engine I have in truck has piston slap. I had to re seal valley pan so I decided to pull cam out to help fund this project as it will be a long term one.

Yes, this is a Cam kit for a D2. I need to ask Mark at D&D if it's year specific as I bought for my 04. The invoice calls it a level 2 kit 50229 Camshaft – Made by Crower - 258° - 430 lift
