I finally figured out the issue l; the tubing should be laying next to the wiring harness and needs to be secured as far forward as possible. I used zip ties to secured it to where it drains everytime with no issues.
Sadly, mine has the SAI in it. Went ahead and did the relocation as it was pretty hard for me to fit my hands back there anyways. Turned out good and made it more accessible for it a plug wire does go out.
Turns out I had some o rings that got eaten up and it looks like one of the previous owners had random injectors replaced. As far as the coil pack it looks like the original and if or when it goes I don't want to have to disassemble the engine to fix it. Figured while I replaced the injectors...
I'm preparing to move my coil pack to where it is accessible when I open the hood. While I'm doing this I'm planning on doing so well needed maintenance on my fuel injectors (2000 Disco 2 w/ 145k miles). Does anyone have know the torque specs off the top of their head for the intake manifold...
Yep, but when the drains were dipping lower then the where they 90 do then they won't drain. That's the issue I ran into which is why I'm considering pex or 1/2 inch pvc
I fixed the front sunroof Friday and thought I'd had the rear one fixed by moving the drain lines upto where they were angled towards the drain behind the tail lights. To make a long story short the rear sunroof still isn't draining properly; does anyone have suggestions or know hoe the tubing...

I've been having issues with my 2000 Disco 2 starting here lately; it takes two or three times to start up. I have a new starter ready to go in; are there any tips or tricks to get the old one out? I'm thinking removing the heat shield may be necessary
So I replaced the valve and the spring was done inside of it but still got the code afterwards so went to trace the wiring out and it looks like the ecu was changed at some point; I'm trying to find where the wires go because they were reading open when checking across them meaning they're not...
