So all was good for many miles and now I have the dreaded random misfires - sometimes on 4 sometimes on 3,5,7...
So replacing coil packs (never done), wires and plugs (NGK 5553) and the camshaft sensor(never done) and go from there...truck runs fine otherwise.
The issue is when it starts cold and driven it runs fine until I shut it off - then on restart for abut 15-20 secs it runs rough and stumbles a bit - then clears and runs fine, sometimes throws a code and sometimes doesn't. Sometimes flashes, sometimes not...if it starts to flash I shut it down.
MAF is fairly new, CPKS replaced last year...techron run through at every fill-up and all O2's replaced last year. I get about 350 miles to the tank so mileage and power are good otherwise. 215k is alot of miles so in terms of "replacing parts" to fix with the exceptions of what I listed - everything is probably "due" on some level.
