I’ve been going back and forth on this one and I have no idea what I want to do, what’s new right? Well, I rarely drive the Disco Anymore so I’ve been thinking about getting a running in good shape SIIa or SIII. So if you have a Series and looking to get a Disco II let’s talk, we might come up with something. I thought about D90’s but I’m not buying a 10 yrs old POS for $20K+. No offense guys I still love the 90’s but not paying that much $$ for one.
Anywho, here is some info on my disco.
01 SE with 90K miles. White gold, lightstone interior, heated seats, sunroofs, and 6 disc changer.
Mods:
RTE front bumper with XD9000 winch.
Slick Rock fab rock sliders.
Custom high clearance rear bumper (Mine)
RTE diff guards.
18” Hurricane wheels with almost new BFG AT’s KO 285/65/18. I also have another set of tires in 275/65/18.
LR adventure roof rack.
CB
XM
Rubber mats all the way back and factory mats.
Rear work light.
LR seat covers
OME HD 3” lift and OME shocks.
Slick Rock fab sway bar disco’s.
Diff lock.
Rover Tracks HD off set tie-rod and drag link
I guess that’s it for mods.
The bad:
The T-case leaks, dent on the pass door, and lot’s of rock chips
The KKB private party price is $11K and some change for a good condition not excellent, and that is based on CO market. That’s not counting the mods which really not worth anything unless someone is willing to pay more for the veh b/c they like it. I have no interest in selling out right or parting with parts. If you have a 109 or 88 in good shape let’s talk. I will take pictures this weekend.
