02 sensor help

This is the new information for a check engine light that came on. About 500 miles prior, I had replaced the maf sensor, turned the light off, and then light didn’t come on related to that code. Wondering if they are related at all. I replaced the 02 sensors (all 4) about 5k miles ago, and have had issues with a bank 1 sensor 1, but seemingly fixed it before the maf issue appeared. Wondering what I should check for before buying another 02 sensor, since it is my daily. Thanks. (2004 discovery 2 4.6L V8)

I will, I’ll probably clean it as well. This can only be caused by the two downstream ones correct?

Yes. Sensor 2 is the downstream one.

You guys need to get an ELM 327 and torque app on Android. Shows soo much stuff!
