'03 Nav Head unit Removal

Will the file hanger trick work for the removal of the Nav head unit in '03?

I searched and could only find information on the tape deck unit.

Yes, the exact same. Just slide the file hangers in the two slots, once you have them in there about an inch or so, you can light pull on the knobs until it releases. For info on these headunit go to:

Also when search the internet, search for the "Becker - Trafficpro"
They are sold as an aftermarket headunit in the UK but not available in the States.

If you need I can email you the Install and owners manuel, for the aftermarket version. It is a lot more detailed then the Land Rover guide that comes with the Disco.
