Anyone has done this ? The carbon brushes and voltage regulator are in same part, looks easy to swap but don't know where to get it. Thoughts ?

On second thought, you probably have the valeo alternator.... that was for a bosch.

There is a part number for a valeo brush and regulator set... I don't know if it's compatible.

The main bearing at the front is a special, back one is OK to source. Brushes were off the shelf from our favourite auto-electrician.
I'll see if I can get OEM part numbers.

Edit:
Brushes: Bosch 1 127 014 028
Rear Bearing: SKF 6203-ZZ
Front Bearing: Koyo 838218
