Have for some time had water coming in from many different areas of the headliner including both shoulder harness seatbelt opening. Sunroofs are the cause. What is the best course of action with the least amount of $ output. Also Head liner of course needs to be repaired/replaced. Thanks for the thoughts.

You need to get the headliner down just enough to see up there with a flashlight. You have 4 drains at the corners of the sunroof tray . You could leak because the tray is full due to plugged drains. The drain tubes could be loose from the little plastic corner piece, or the little plastic corner piece could be broken or just detached from the tray.

As for the water at the seatbelt retractors in the B pillars. I think you may have body seem in the gutter or a rail leaking or something. If you pull the grab handles and the overhead console the headliner will come down enough to see a lot.

To refinish the headliner? Mine was coated with bedliner by a previous owner. It's a little white trash but it'll never sag. I've grown to like it.

I refinished my headliner with headliner cloth, what a funking pain in the ass to do. Don't let anyone tell you it is easy. If that's what you want then just get it done, you'll be happier and it will look better. If I have to do it again I think i will just paint it, people have used regular interior paint on the headliner.
