I have a leak somewhere in my wiper washer system, but can't see the actual tank or hoses because of the lower bumper piece. While I'm pretty sure I can eventually figure out how to get the bumper part off, I'd like to do it right the first time. Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the part so I can inspect the washer reservoir? Thanks in advance.

washer reservoir is cracked. i must have replaced at least hundred of those things....
