he was formerly with 1st cav and will be transfered back to the unit when it comes time for him to go back to iraq.

It will be real interesting to see what comes of the other two in custody.
It's one thing, even if he's Muslim, for an individual to go nuts. But a conspiracy is much different.
No doubt we will be able to tell if he was working completely on his own vs. in a group when one of two things happens:
A) The whole story fades away in a week or so = it was an Islamic run conspiracy
B) They do profiles on him, and discuss how he was a victim of the military mind set, the 2nd Amendment, and G.W. Bush = he was a lone gunman
