1966 Series IIa 109

Most of you will recognize this truck. I purchased it from Bob Steele back in December and have since realized I am not siuted to Series ownership. At least not one this nice! I need to find a good home for this well restored 109. It has a new frame and new bodywork. New lights and wiring. Unleaded head and OVERDRIVE. It runs like a sewing machine! Has defender front seats and console. Also a Warn 9000 winch and recovery bag. High lift jack also! Also comes with Bob's diary of every thing ever done to it since he imported it back in 97. Located outside of Richmond VA

Hows it ride on the highway with the overdrive?

I would put smaller tires on it. The 255 are sucking to power right out of the motor. Other than that it is pretty good for a 40+ year old truck.
