Hi,

Here is a project I am working on. A rebuild of a 1975 RRC . The work was carried out at landroversalvage. So far the project is coming along quite well.

The next step is painting and then the real fun starts the assembly and fitting.

Oh yeah.. This will be dressed the way it was when it left the factory. I might have a small flare kit for it.. and some mechanical tweaks, but it will not be made into a Voque

Pardon my ignorance but what is the shift lever immediately to the left of the cubby between the seats? I see what I thought the was transfer case lever to the right of the shifter. Cool ride. Best of luck.

Te addittional shifter is the Overdrive.

Galvanization is really not expensive. The prep is 80% of the work.

The cost of galvanization would be in the 1300 - 1800 approx. Now factor time for stripping , any metal work that needs to be done, sandblasting, and some bracing because you do have warpage..
