140K, runs and drives great, I have just finished fixing the front window regulator, power locks, door handles, etc. has a few usual RRC issues. Console lid is unhinged, AC not working, but the upper tailgate is a replacement and there is no rust on the lower, or the hood for that matter. A couple tiny spots in the door jambs but overall, for a 20 year old truck, this is a clean one. Has an aftermarket temp gauge installed to keep an accurate eye on things, but it never runs hot anyway. AC is not working. The transfer case works perfectly. More photos forthcoming. Any questions just ask.

Between work and our baby, I haven't had time to even mess with the HVAC. To reuse a tired line, "probably something simple".

Lots more photos coming as soon as I get the chance, hopefully this evening.

BY THE WAY.... I fixed the center console lid today.

OTHER DETAILS ABOUT THIS TRUCK
---------------------------------------
- needs a driver side upper tailgate latch
- something is up with the radio or maybe the amp? when you put it on FM it sounds like someone is quickly turning the volume knob up and down constantly
- I DO NOT KNOW WHY THE AC IS NOT WORKING probably an electrical issue
- the rear windows work... sometimes. I suggest not putting them down, because they may not want to come back up for two weeks
- the defost wires on the upper tailgate need to be resoldered
the wood around the window switches and shifter is rough
- sometimes the brake pedal feels a bit hard, not every time you drive it, but I am never surprised when it happens, it does not affect the braking ability of the truck at all and in fact it stops on a dime even with the larger tires.

THE MILEAGE IS 146K

Does it have sliders as well? Could we get a complete list of mods and maintence items that have been addressed?

You mean like this:

would you be willing to travel to meet the new owner for a transaction?
Well honestly I might consider it IF I had some inkling of an idea where in the hell that person wanted me to travel to. But no, I would not do it anyway. I am willing to pick you up at the airport, but be warned, I will be wearing a Ronald Reagan mask and dressed as a nun. Or I might be driving a shelby cobra. Or a 30 foot long Checker Cab. Or pulling a 32ft trailer.

Here are pics of all the rust I can find. I also pulled up the carpets in the cargo area and checked there for rust and found none. There is no rust anywhere that I can find on the chassis or floorboards. One of the first things I did was apply undercoating to the wheel wells to keep it that way. (plus these tires are perfect for picking up gravel and throwing them into the wheelwells and my driveway is gravel)

OK- once more the AC is not currently working, but I suspect it is something simple like a fuse or a bad ground because the blower motor does not come on either. I have the factory service manual (goes with the truck) but between running my business and the joys of having a 1yr old the only books I am reading these days have cardboard pages and colorful animals, no theory/operation specs or wiring diagrams.

I have been all over, through, and underneath the truck and aside from the details I have provided so far here is all else that can be added:

-Just this afternoon while driving around a gas station I heard a faint exhaust leak. This is not a severe leak but I will include new exhaust gaskets with the truck.
-Previous owner told me originally the truck was owned by "little old man" in Wilmington, NC who then sold it to cop in Myrtle Beach, SC who then sold it to him (and got a Wrangler of course)
-There are many parts included with the sale of the truck that are not pictured, including the carpet covering for the spare tire, the spare tire itself, a new can of matching aerosol touch-up paint, spare belts, spare alternator, power steering pump, MAF sensor, rear window lift ECU, genuine LR dog guard with brackets and mounting hardware, new fuel filter, etc. etc. etc.
