1995 Classic ABS light

ABS light is on. Tried the paper clip and removed the ABS warning light relay, blue base on 95 classics, but I don't get any blinking codes. The ABS light stays on and doesn't blink. Does that mean there aren't any stored codes? If so why is the ABS light staying on?

abs light is wired to normally closed relay. the abs computer energizes the coil to turn off the light. if the abs computer is broken or missing the light will stay on

Just pull the light bulb.

Swapping ABS ecu resulted in no change.

On my 95 SWB the traction control light lights up during start up along with the anti lock brakes light. On my LWB the traction control light doesn't ever light up. Only the anti lock brakes light lights up.
