1995 DI CDL TCase in 2003 DII Questions

So I installed a TCase from a 1995 D1 in my 2003 D2. I've got every thing in and it seems to work. I am haveing a problem when I start in first gear Hi. It has a vibration and seems to lock up the wheels when I turn at low speeds in this gear. There is a place to plug something in on the left side, but I don't know what to plug into it. The plug has 2 prongs. Can someone help? I've looked through the threads on this and can't find a solution. Thanks

TC temp sensor. Cant help ya on whats causing the vib.

I think the vibration is the front is locking up as if the CDL is working??? You guys with CDL does yours do this when you have the CDL engaged?

Are you turning on pavement with the did lock engaged?
What did you install to shift in and out of diff lock?

Mine doesnt vibrate.. I would check to make sure it is engaging and disengaging. Pull the front shaft and see how it acts, when locked and unlocked.

installed the D1 shifter also. It acts up more on pavement and even more when there is some sand and loose gravel on the pavement. I think it's locking up, just don't know why.

My guess is the linkage needs some adjustment. Bit of a pain to get to, but you were just there.
