No, with the LWB I have four and a half.

The rust is in an odd spot. The rear seal failed at some point before I bought the truck 4+ years ago. This caused the rear of the floor to rust out right at the very end. That part of the floor is gone. It could be patched with a piece of strip steal quite happily or you could replace the floor in the back (rover sells new floors for a few hundred $).

There is also a small hole in the D/S footwell and another hole in the rear floor where the filler pipe rubbed against it. There are some bubbles on the inner rear fenders by the taillights.

The upper tailgate was replaced and is perfectly rust free.
