I pulled the fuse to the SRS system and the warning light came on as normal and stayed on after I put the fuse back and disconnected and reconnected battery. I brought the truck to a rover technician with all the diagnostic tools and his computer could not link to the SRS system to reset the warning light. He believes that the main SRS component is broken. He says that the bags will not fire with the light on. Any experience with what could be the problem here; common components that malfunction, because the main component isn't something that is usually repaired. I want the light off, but more importantly want to have functional airbags. Thanks, Dave
