I hate to do it, but I'm looking to sell my 97 Discovery. It's a silver SD. Completely stock. I bought it with the idea of doing all kinds of mods to it, but I've never gotten around to it. It had one owner before me.
As a long time Land Rover dealer employee (service advisor, parts manager), this vehicle has received excellent care. All services recorded in owner's handbook to 97,500 miles.
Current miles 106,000. Only leak is from front crank seal (slight drip). New in the last 5,000 miles, heads, head gaskets, power steering hoses, trans cooler lines, oil pan gasket. Everything works. AC cold.
You can buy it and drive it home anywhere.
