Hello all- due to limited parking availability I am considering selling my 98 Disco LSE. It's British Racing Green in color and is running mint. I have only ever had it serviced by Land Rover service techs. First under warranty at dealers then at Rover specialists since. It has 145K miles on it, mostly highway. New this year are tires (Continentals), steering box and a bunch of smaller misc bits that added up to a couple grand. All receipts and records. Figured I'd post here and gauge any local interest. As I mentioned I am not in a financial bind, I absolutely love the rig, it's just been a pain finding it parking since recently moving. May just bite the bullet and grab garage space, unless someone here has some interest, let me know. Adam (617)337-6229

Good news, and bad news Adam. The good news is, you've finally come to the right place if you want to know more about your truck, than the dealer who did your work is willing to tell you. Its also good news because if you are willing, you can keep and maintain it your self with all the archived (search) and live available help here. The bad news is, your Disco has very low resale value, particularly here, where its an extremely well known quantity. Since this is your first post, we'll let it slide that you didnt read the sticky at the top of the FOR SALE section, posted by the Moderator Axel. You need to post a price, and you need pictures. You also should search a little in the for sale section to find you should be asking around 2500 or so, unless you have some amazing pics. Good luck. Just curious, who did the work you described above in MA.?

Thanks for the reply, and the slack. I figured as much for it's market value. I also don't think I'd ever try to sell it to a non-enthusiast. I will get pics up and take your advice on the price. The recent work I described was done in Virginia by http://arlingtonmotorcar.com/Homepage.html - Massachusetts work by Robison and Georgia work by http://www.roverrepairshop.com

I will get this posting square asap- thanks again for the help-Adam
