Not mine, and I don't know the owner, but I saw this truck at the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Car Show this year. It certainly looked good, so I figured I'd post it here in case someone was interested.

(Note: This guy has been trying to sell this truck since at least mid-July for this same asking price. IMO, even for a limited edition like this, it seems a little steep when regular P38's in nice shape are going for 1/4 the $$$.)

If it could be had for around $10k, I don't think it's too bad of a price for a Callaway. I've seen ones not as nice sell for more.

There was a Holland and Holland P38 that was as clean-similar mileage that went for under 6 on the RN forum last year. I know Callaway focused on the engine but forgot what the #'s are performance wise.

In April 08 I "accidentally" (i put in $100K max bid in on ebay instead of $10K) so anyways...i won. But it I ended up getting it for $10,500. I turned around and sold it for $14K with about 76000 on the clock in Dec 08. He originally had it listed for $15K

I would have bought the Holland and Holland for that much in a heart beat... Assuming it was clean.

It was clean-owned by a staffer at RN, the for sale listing is probably still on their forum.
I just looked at it... I would have bought that in a heartbeat...

The H&H had 60k more miles than the Callaway, so I doubt that they are really all that similar. But I do think that 13k is high on that vehicle.

Yeah-I was off on that, I forgot it had 150K.
