would these springs be enough upgrade I need to add a rte or tjm bumper and winch to prevent sagging (with stock front shocks and stock rear sls)?
Yes, if you keep the stock SLS ride height in the rear. You may have to add 1 inch SLS spacers to the rear to lift it up even with the front. The 777's will give you about 1.25 inches of lift (give or take) with the added weight of the aftermarket bumper and winch.
