2 Questions

Whats the advantage of relocating the steering dampener? Also I am planing to put a 3" lift on my '94 disco I. On the rovertym site they sat that drive shafts arnt included and thats fine, but where would I go to get them? Thanks as always.

Relocating it get's it up and away from damage more.
Drive shafts are avail off the shelf from Great Basin Rovers and Tom Woods.

rocks will slam against the damper and destory it. really though, it's worthless to relocated without upgrading your track bar too. Because then, the rock will just slam against the track bar and bend it to hell, causing you problem steering. If it's the first time it get's bent, you can hammer it back, but it becomes very fragile and can bend much easier.

Rocks aren't anymore likely to hit your drag link with your damper relocated, than they are without your damper relocated.

to answer to drive shaft question...I'd look at getting a D2 front shaft and then get a decent DC rear shaft. A local driveline shop could probably build you one cheaply if you can get the flanges.

Im there because of the military. But I sould be out of there in about 8 months... and I cant wait! lol
