Long gone are the days when you could buy a Koenig equipped 109 for $500 with a bad gearbox, an 88 with a seized engine for $250, put the 88 gearbox in the 109 and drive the 109 for years.

I bought my last one with parabolics, SST exhaust, OME shocks, Tuffy console box, boxes of spare parts, original full interior intact and 36,000 miles for $3500. And that price included an M416 military trailer. Deals do still exist.
