2000 Land Rover Discovery II SD7 $5000

Please email or PM me through the forum, thanks. Offers welcome.

Color is Dark Blue. Truck is an SD7 with the Harmon Kardon sound and 6 CD changer, leather, dual sunroofs, seven passenger seating, SLS air suspension. Does not have the ACE hydraulic sway bars or the factory NAV. DOES have the cold weather package with heated seats and the heated windshield, very nice for New England. There are no trouble codes truck runs great and everything works correctly. Lot of mods and accessories included, see below.

Condition: the truck has been used but not abused. Was dealer maintained from new with previous owner and I did all the maintenance myself for the past three years. Cooling system is tip top, new radiator and hoses from PO and I did the pump. Also replaced the MAF sensor. I have an ELMscan diagnostic scan tool and I can demonstrate that the computer is happy with no codes, engine running smooth. If you intend to off road the vehicle it could really use a decent rear bumper like the Greg Davis or Rovertym along with some gas tank and door sill protection, myself I didn't want to get too serious and skip the stuff that could cause damage. There are lots of fun trails in New England, hunt, fish, camp and explore the great outdoors in style!

Mileage is just about 133,000 miles

Mods:

* RTE Slimline front bumper with new style brush bar
* Nitto Terra Grappler LT265/75-16 tires
* DI Center Diff Lock shifter and knob to enable factory CDL.
* Superwinch EP9 w/ 75' 3/8 synthetic line, hawse fairlead and safety thimble OPTIONAL, read below
* CB with 3' Firestick antenna
* Hella Fog lights, white
* Backup lights
* Trailer accessories, electric adapter and 2" receiver ball

RTE Lift kit, modified for full flex

* RTE 2" lift kit - Front RTE springs and rear SLS spacers
* Slick Rock fabrication front swaybar disconnect
* Removed rear swaybar completely (still have parts, will go with truck)
* Extended ABS sensor lines and SS Braided brake hoses from Expedition Exchange, I think they are slick rock/Expeditionware. DOT approved hoses so no inspection hassle.
* Bilstein 7100 series shocks 10" travel 360/80 damping all around, fronts are short bodies with reservoir and rear are standard shrader. These are a big ticket item ($$) but proper size and damping is very important.

Included Tools / Accessories

* Superwinch EP9 with accessories is a $600 OPTION, not included in vehicle price. 75' 3/8 synthetic line, hawse fairlead, safety thimble, pulley block, receiver shackle, bunch of D rings, 30' tow strap, 5' tree strap and a carry bag are all included with this option. Most of this kit came from winchline.com. This is a quality setup perfect for the truck, but I recognize not everyone wants a winch.
* Have spare SLS pump, some lines, airbags and sensors.
* Have a set of DI wiper arms, new never used, enables use of standard wiper blades.
* Full set of stock size tires, almost new. Michelin Cross terrain SUV's. When used on this truck they have a road hazard warranty through NTB.
* Spare grille, I was going to cut one out to go around winch but never got around to it. Mesh insert to go with it. Neither grille is pictured on the truck, but both match the stock blue color.
* Big rubber Land Rover OEM rubber floor mats front and rear.

Bump for a nicely set up truck! I can confirm that it has been wheeled but not abused. Scott is a cool customer on the trail and a pussycat behind the wheel. He always seems to make it off the trail with the thing still gleaming and our trucks looking like shit.

Thanks Russ! That's actually my main problem with the truck, it's just too damn nice to to really go tearing things up. Next year Ill be looking for something in the trail only but OK to drive to the trail category, still feel the DII here is nice daily driver plus some fun weekends category.

Never saw any pictures of the rattlesnake backwards run though, now it occurs to me that many of the BSROA listers are on the new forum there, will have to check that out.
