2001 D2 Central NJ

Hi all,

I have a black 2001 D2, around 90K miles, but it has not moved in 3 years, since I ran out of time to continuously fix it. Will need to be flat-bedded, since I guess it will need work.

I'm asking for a recommendation on what sort of price I can ask for this.

Engine 100% great. 3 XMas lights on, but not the engine light.
Transmission - possibly started hesitating just before I stopped using the vehicle. May need work.
CDL with reach-under toggle contraption.
Full LR roof rack, w/ 4x hellas, 6x side lights, 4x back lights.
Rovertym HD bumper with welded on brush bar.
Milemarker hydraulic winch off PS.
Custom rock sliders, skid plate, all 1/4" steel.
Mantec snorkel
Limb risers
BFG KMs, good condition.
Laptop plate next to driver.

Overall the thing has zero dings on the outside. Fair bit of rust underneath.

As I said, it has not moved for years and I don't have time to invest in it. When it ran, it was an amazing off-roader. You can see loads of pics in my profile here.

That is some kind of moss growing on the black paint. It will come right off easily.

I wouldn't want the whole thing, but I would absolutely buy the Mantec snorkel if you want to sell it

If I can't sell it whole, I'll consider parting it out. But I will put it out on ebay first if there is no interest here. I'm looking to sell fast.

Ouch. I'd say 5k is way over w frame rails like that.

The thing is, this D2 is actually really good for offroading, which is why I'm offering it here - it has the CDL, good bumper/winch etc. If you look at my pic on the left, it drove through crap like that without fuss. I waterproofed the engine ECU, and extended all the breather lines up into the cabin, etc. etc. I reckon it could have a bit of welding where that rust hole is, and some TLC and it would be a fine machine. But I just don't have the time.
