2002 DII Overheating

I am having an issue with my DII overheating. Looks like I may need to replace a hose clamp to get rid of a leak. Any other ideas on common DII overheating issues?

premature to say with info provide, but replace head gasket, and convert to inline thermostat.

Warped heads? If you've been overheating it for a while, then that's a real possibility.

Do you have an obvious leak? Loosing coolant without an obvious leak? We need more info. Don't drive it until you get the issue fixed. These engines don't take overheating well at all.

You guys are like my father in law the doctor.......it might be cancer. Seriously appreciate all the ideas.

I found the leak area and pulled the thermostat to check it and the hoses. The plastic on the thermostat had eroded inside and impacted the function. New thermostat ($55 in HK) and I am back up and running.
