Engine rebuilt - 2002 Range Rover 4.6 short block + heads from Rover Land: machined & valve job done.
New main bearings, big end bearings, rings, push rods, cam (from D&D, Crower 529), timing gears, timing chain, oil pump gears, water pump, push rods, rockers, rocker shafts, seals, PCV valve, MAF sensor, thermostat
Rebuilt ABS modulator, no 3 amigos. ABS, TC and HDC work.
New OEM front rotors, back rotors are good, new stock brake pads all around
Replaced master cylinder and brake fluid reservoir and seals.
Replaced all u-joints and rubber drive shaft coupling.
New shocks installed last week: Terrafirma all terrain +2. Still has original springs (was waiting to replace bumpers and springs at one time).
G4 16" rims with 255/70R16 Definity Dakota A/T tires (cheap BFGoodrich copy from Pepboys), about 2000 miles done on tires, practically new.
Installed a 2004 disco locking transfer case and shifter, dash light shows when tcase is locked
Extended roof rails + OEM cross bars
Atlantic British trailer wiring kit
Headliner has been redone
New battery in July

Goes like a rocket - in sport mode you can drop most pricks in rice racers. Hits 85 without a problem, no shakes or scary noises.
Florida vehicle - no rust.

I'm going to be in Orlando on Thursday. The price seems reasonable given the mileage, state of the engine, and other work listed. I would buy this in a second and drive it home to Seattle. However by the time I got there, my wife would have changed the locks on the doors and sold my D1 for scrap. Nice looking truck.
