2003 discovery Multiple Leaks All of a Sudden

Before we start, I'm fully aware that discos leak but in this case it's a little more than I want.

Oil is leaking from the bolt in the bottom of the engine and running down the oil filter at a slow but reliable pace. I didn't know the name of the bolt so I couldn't look this up. Not a new oil change the slow leak just multiples to a large leak very quickly. Any help would be appreciated??

Also power steering fluid... I walked out yesterday and there was a puddle of fluid the size of a dinner plate under the truck... This has never happened not one drop.

Help me out with some ideas/solutions

I replaced the bottom engine bolt on mine 3 times and it still leaked. I gave up and just sold it.

Your going to have to be a LOT more specific than "the bolt in the bottom of the engine". Grab your cell-phone and post up a pic and/or download RAVE and find it that way.
The PS leak is a no-brainer. No leak to puddle? You've blown a seal or a hose. Top it off, fire it up, find leak.

I picked up the special Japanese version of the bolt. But that modification did entail losing two cylinders.
