Hello. In a couple hours, I am going to look at a 2004 Disco w/ 21,000 miles on it. Is there anything I should check out specifically? I've owned a 2000 one before. I know all about the Love/Hate relationship of Land Rover ownership... Oh yeah, I have a Series III, too, speaking of high pain threshold!
Thanks in advance,
Chuck

How much are they asking for this low-mileage 2004? Is it an S, SE, or HSE?

I'm looking for gently-used 2004's too. Thanks!

There is a beautiful 04 Epsom Green Disco with Alpaca interior for sale in Hendersonville, NC. SE, HSE wheels, 57k miles, very clean. A friend of mine in Kiwanis owns a little used autos place. I think he wants $18,500. I wish my wife's lease was up..............I can send someone info if they want....

Cheers -R

18.5 for 57k is a lot IMO. but the epsom is such a great great color, damn

sadly these things depreciate way faster than you can even pay them down.

I'm looking at a 2004 S with silver exterior and black leather with 49.5K for $12,900. Not much in the way of bells & whistles but I really don't want any extras that will just break anyway.

I don't know yet....I'm not sold. I have this vision of me and my happy new Disco driving down the street on our first trip together and then whammo - there goes some expensive part and on come the dashboard lights. I do not want to work on Land Rovers anymore, the thrill is absolutely gone. I also kind of like not having fluids pissed all over my nice garage floor anymore. It's really too bad that Land Rover only has the hideous LR3 and LR2 abortions now (and the RR too, whatever that's good for). I'd lease a new D2 in a hearbeat.
