3.9 auto fit a R380 tranny

Would a 3.9 off a Disco 95 with a ZF bolt onto a R380 that is on a 96 Disco ???

Yes with the right bell housing/adaptor plate.

I've never done a comparison, but I would guess you'd need at minimum a different flywheel, and maybe a different flywheel housing. If no one else has replied by time I get home, I'll check my parts book.
