I had already fixed the shutter valued, done the bypass wiring. Still have 2 issues,
(1) left front wheel and right rear wheel have outlet valve open circuit error.
(2) right front wheel have sensor electrical failure.
I had already use the multi meter to check the ohm readings on all the sensors, only the front right have reading jumping all over the place and the other 3 have a same reading of 1.04 ohm. Which both the wheels with error share the same reading with the wheel didn’t come up with any error code at all.
So is it safe to say that the issue is the wiring from after the plug to the ABS module? How do I fix that. Or is it something more complex than that?

The wires rub against the body where they fit through the firewall to the ABS module. Unfortunately you will have to get down there and have a look. On my rh drive vehicle it's in the passenger footwell. Painfull to work there if you don't have a lift.

Measure from each of those wires to ground while someone tugs on the harness.
Ohm readings on a wire aren’t really all that helpful. Helpful to catch something going to ground. But to make sure the wire is really intact you need to make it do a little work. I isolate the circuit especially if it’s not supposed to have battery voltage in it. Then I put battery voltage at one end and make it drive my Testlight at the other end. A meter will tell you you have battery voltage even if that wire is hanging on by a few strands, but it won’t drive my light. The light is a 156 ma load. About like a glovebox light.
