30A fuses behind glove box - what are they? D1

1997 D1 - I'm working on diagnosing the cruise control and accessed the area behind the glove box to get to the cruise ECM. Just in front and to the right of the ECM is a fuse holder with two 30A fuses in them. What are they? There's no mention of them in the Owner's manual, and couldn't find anything in RAVE, either. ???
