4.0 and 3.9 overhauled motors

Hey guys we are now in the process of overhauling/rebuilding some motors. We are trying to see what kind of interest there is on Dweb. We have enough parts to rebuild about 12 3.9's and 12 4.0's. They will have new gaskets, seals, piston rings, rod bearings, main bearings,etc.. The heads will be rebuilt with new head bolts. We will place a 6 month warranty on the parts. We will sell these on Dwb for $2800.00 each exchange plus freight. Usually freight will be from about $85.00-$250.00 in the lower 48 USA depending upon where you are. We still have used 3.9's for around $1200.00 and 4.0 for around $1500.00-1800.00 range.We would prefer to accept any major credit card, cahier checks, money orders, and paypal.

I may need a '99 D2 4.0. What kind of miles are on the used 4.0's, were they known good engines you heard running before pulling, and what makes up their difference in prices?
