What a lovely part of Houston. Any closer to the highway and fuckstick would be under the massive interchange. I'll bet he's the type that stuck yellow cab lights and yellow flashers up on his roof and he cruises around in 8" deep water thinking he's Rescue Ranger Rick.

Well, he would have been able to if any one had told him how and where to mount the extra jerry cans.

Unfortunately, he ran out of fuel.
