Need some help. We have a '96 80 series TLC with 188k. There is a low, mild sound that appears to be coming from the front left wheel. It seems to speed up and slow down with the speed of the vehicle. It is only audible at lower speeds. There is no shaking or vibration so I'm assuming that tire balance is not likely is issue. All drive train components are stock. Maybe a rotor?
