88 RRC for sale

1988 RRC, 167k miles. Runs great, no issues. Recently painted, looks great. Vehicle has been maintained by the Rover Club House in Durham. OME 2" lift, rear spring retainers, safari gard rock sliders, New 130 amp alternator, new brakes, new hoses. I hate to sell the truck, but I have 4 other vechiles including 2 discos and the wife wants space in the garage and driveway. Besides, she said I can use the money from the sale for parts on my discos. Asking $4k.

any rust in the usual places? Upper tailgate is not an area that I am personally too concerned with, more worried about structural or hard to repair spots like floors, firewall, etc. Thanks.

no rust, it really is in excellent shape. It has been in the south as long as I know. I bought it in Atlanta, and have been in Raleigh since then. If I don't get anyone who wants the truck I will sell the SG Sliders.

I'd love to have that truck, but I think Raleigh is just a little too far for me. I've been looking for an 87 or 88 for sometime now.

very road worthy, runs strong. Yes it still has the 3.5. It has been driven on long road trips around the southeast. I am very confident this truck would go anywhere you need it to.
