A 1.5-2" lift may be in the future depending on disposable $ - bu not in the immediate future. Any tech advioce or experience welcome - I am runnning junky street 225/75/16's now - thanks

Buy some OME MD rears and do the CB swap. With no lift it is not good. It will work but you will dislike it.

I agree get a MD (1.5"-2") OME lift "kit". You'll be glad you did.
Here a 92 RRC with above set up and 245/75-16 BFG A/T's. Good Luck!

If your going to put a lift on you may aswell get 235.85x16.
I have and still have the original bumpstops, no rubbing issues.

I also found a great deal on those same tires right after I bought my '91 SWB. Put a 2" lift from DAP on the truck (much cheaper than OME). The springs are softer, but I kind of like the confortable ride. With that lift and those tires, I went to Uwharrie this Spring and did every trail (except Kodak rock) with out having to be pulled. You will dig it!

I have a 92 SWB I ran 245/75/R16 dunlop mud rovers on stock springs for about a year before putting 2inch lift in. I never had any trouble.
