how much for the bumpers?

$4850 and you get a free truck with them.....

Guys this is a great truck - I know Mike was hoping that someone from Solaros would buy it and "keep it in the family" so to speak but nobody has stepped up yet - I'd buy it myself if I didn't already have three Rovers in the driveway (along with several othe non-LR products). Mike built the bumpers and some of the other accessories himself - he has also built lots of stuff for some of the other club members trucks and it's all been put to the test at Tellico, MAR, the SAE and innumerable trail rides. Its got some very desirable features such as cloth seats, no sunroofs to leak, the five speed gearbox and its pre-OBD II so you can troubleshoot it with a multimeter. Very low mileage for a Disco this age and it's been well maintained by a skilled Land Rover enthusiast. Whoever gets this truck is buying a nice one. Its been a Southern truck its entire life so no rust issues either.

"how much for the bumpers?"

It's like Jack said; buy the truck and get the bumpers, spare tire mount and everything else.

"Where in GA are you?"

Apex, I'm in Canton, Just North of Atlanta.

Thanks for the interest.

It's a long story but basically the hood was jammed and wouldn't open via the cable. When I finally got it open I removed the mechanism (but left the safety catch) and installed the hood pins. The pins are the type that are captive so you can't lose them.
They're same as the ones in this photo; made by Sparco.

Zarati - It's not that much money; we're talking $4850 here. Clean out the kids piggy bank, take some cash from the college fund, hell; you don't need furniture in that house do you????? ;)

Thanks for looking, NOW COME BUY IT!

Congrats! Thanks for taking the time to meet with my ATL pal and talk trucks. Of cours, you realize between me rambling on and on about Rovers, and then talking with you, Matt is now talking about Rovers for himself! Hooked like a crack freak....it gets us all.
